About two months ago I decided to switch up my workout routine and join a new gym. I joined Elite Athletic Training for $99 per month. This included unlimited boot camps for the month. The first two weeks were painful to say the least. I haven't worked out that hard in a long time. But Vance is very kind and motivating and kept me coming back.
I highly recommend you check out his huge gym and take one of the boot camps. They change it up every minute so you don't get bored and before you know it, an hour is up and you are sweating buckets. They accommodate all fitness levels and work with you if you have any injuries. Best of all, the crank the music and encourage you the entire time.
They offer boot camps in the mornings and evenings and if you have kids you can bring them in the evening for their own workout. I bring Christian MWF and he loves it.
